FOLLOW THE STEPS CORRECTLY :
1) Open your Gmail Account.
2) Goto Settings -- Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
3) In the pop download section, search below line ?
Status : POP is enabled for mail that has arrived since ( Your Creation Date ).
