Hello CS Readers !! As we all know Facebook does not allow to view full size profile photo of those users who sets their privacy setting as ONLY ME. This trick is quiet old so most of you are already aware about this, so those who are aware about this trick then just ignore it and those who thought it might be useful trick for you then proceed further. Trick is nothing, you just have to follow some simple steps then you can easily view any profile image which is locked.
Steps To Follow :
1) Visit that profile whose profile picture is locked. If you can't find any profile then follow this Link for demo.
2) Now right click on profile picture and finally click on "Copy Image URL".
?? Follow Below Image For Demo ??
3) Now goto new tab and paste that copied url of profile picture by pressing ctrl+v.
4) Now you will get the URL like this ??

4) Now just change the s160x160 to s720x720 and finally press enter.
5) Now you will be able to see full size image of that hidden profile picture.
