Create Your Own Email Like - yourname@techie.com, yourname@engineer.com, and much more

I know you guys are quiet excited after reading header of this post. We all have email ids but we can't use any email ids of our choice that means we have to use emails of gmail, yahoo, rediff, etc. But suppose how it feels if we can create an email of our choice such as abc@doctor.com, abc@engineer.com .
